Customers must retain the product’s packaging to receive warranty. Warranty stamp, serial number barcode on the AirPlus’s packaging must be intact, with no signs of shaving modified, erased, waterproof or torn translucent. Please retain all HiQ product’s packaging which have barcode, if not HiQ may refuse to provide the warranty.
Products need warranty must be returned fully include packaging and products (Eg: AirPlus’ box + AirPlus).
The warranty period is counted from the date the customer received the goods in the purchase history on the HiQ’s system.
